We have designed our Live Life Smiling Club so that dentistry can be more affordable for our patients who do not have dental insurance. By joining our Smile Club for a yearly fee, not only will you save on your dental care, but you’ll also be maintaining good oral health!

There are no waiting periods, deductibles, maximums, or insurance hassles. Club benefits begin immediately upon registration. All Live Life Smiling Membership fees are due and payable at the time of registration and are non-refundable when services have been provided.
