Truly a great experience. Everyone is very helpful. This is the first office that actually made a point to explain what my insurance covers and why. The dentists are very friendly and easy to talk to. The hygienists are very gentle (as much as they can be) and explain practically everything. Just an all around good experience.

I give this office 5 stars for good reason. The dr’s are top notch. Had recent surgery and Dr. Herres is the best dentist I have ever had . He is a top notch dentist. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and welcome you the second you walk in the door. They are the most organized dentist office you will ever visit. I love the text reminders of upcoming appointments. Go there and you won’t be disappointed.

Today was my son’s third cleaning at 2 1/2. He got so excited when I said we were going to the dentist because they make the visit really enjoyable. The waiting area is comfortable and fun with free beverages, loads of magazines and interesting toys. The hygienist was sweet and thorough. I love that they do an amazing job sending reminders. Dr Herres himself is personable and knowledgeable. He makes sure you get the best for your teeth and explains everything thoroughly. Our entire family visits his office and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Most professional Dentist office I have ever been in. The staff are all friendly and courteous from the minute you walk in the door. Dr. Herres explains everything in detail so you feel completely relaxed and comfortable knowing both what he will be doing and also what is going on with your teeth. When I was searching for a new dentist last year, I decided to give Dr. Herres a shot. I have to say it was a great decision. I mostly chose him because I lived nearby and it was convenient, but I moved earlier this year and I’m still more than happy to go a little out of my way to continue being one of his patients.
He is very friendly, and very easy to talk to. He has always given me a good explanation of any procedures he needed to do, and he’s always been happy to answer any questions I’ve had.
The rest of the staff are wonderful as well. They’re always very friendly and very helpful.
It’s honestly hard to say enough nice things. I don’t think many people genuinely enjoy going to the dentist, but I have to say that I’m far happier going to Dr. Herres than I have been with any of the dentists I’ve previously used.

I hadn’t been to a dentist since I was pregnant with my son (who just turned 3…) And not one person made me feel bad for waiting too long. I ended up with my first cavity (well three) and just had them fixed today. Between the initial exam, cleaning and now having work done every single person in the office was absolutely wonderful!! Seriously. I was amazed. I’ve been to several dentists over the years and hands down this has been my absolute favorite place. I even referred to another friend who is in the same place as me!! Herres Dental always does an amazing job. I had a very bad experience at a previous Dentist and within a few visits my issues were corrected and I no longer had any pain. Everything was simple, setting up my appointments, no waiting like other places , if your appointment is at noon you get in at noon!! I moved away but still travel to Herres Dental, they are worth it!
